Dyke euphs get padded up

The Black Dyke euphonium section of Gary Curtin and Daniel Thomas will be well padded against any travel problems in future thanks to new John Packer link

Pro range

National champion Black Dyke has announced its latest commercial link, with its celebrated euphonium section of Gary Curtin and Daniel Thomas (above) selecting the John Packer 'JP Pro' range of instrument cases.

Endorsement

A John Packer spokesperson told 4BR: "This endorsement sees the 'JP Pro' range of cases given an official stamp of approval. Black Dyke musicians tour globally and will be using the new cases to transport their valuable Besson Prestige euphoniums.

The link marks the quality, affordability and durability of the JP Pro range, confirming their high performance credentials in the most demanding conditions."

Delighted

Gary Curtin, told 4BR: "We are delighted to have teamed up with John Packer and will be using their fantastic new JP Pro euphonium cases.

They are incredibly sturdy and the instrument does not move inside and also comes with great storage for music and mouthpieces. You will not find a better priced case anywhere."

Lightweight

The JP852 Pro is a lightweight, yet sturdy full size euphonium case. Constructed from a tough fibreglass shell, it features a range of well-designed ergonomic components including comfortable backpacks straps as well as a large external pocket for sheet music.

Internally, moveable padded blocks help adjust the case to suit any model of euphonium.
