John Roberts takes charge at Drighlington Band following decision to end tenure at Reg Vardy.

The conducting talents of the experienced John Roberts have quickly been snapped up following his decision to end his tenure as Resident Conductor at Reg Vardy Band, with the Drighlington Band announcing his appointment as their new Musical Director.

Butlins

The band have a busy winter season ahead, and will be competing at the Butlins Mineworkers Championship in January, hoping to emulate their success after winning the title in 2013.
