Trentham Brass from Stoke-on-Trent, has recently returned from a 'Four Countries Tour' to Holland, Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg — taking in no less than five concerts performances along the way.
The tour was organised through Rayburn Tours, who have been at the forefront of helping bands make memorable overseas trips for many years.
Overjoyed
The band told 4BR: "We were overjoyed with the success of the tour. It was a complete five star package...absolutely brilliant from start to finish."
So successful was the tour that Trentham now hopes to tour again in 2017 -with Rayburn Tours on hand to help them organise things once again.
Fun and fantastic music
The trip included plenty of fun as well as fantastic music making — with the band providing an impromptu 'flash mob' for their first performance at Drielandenpunt on the border between Germany, Holland and Belgium.
The band also performed in the famous Belgian motor racing town of Spa, in Trier in Germany against the backdrop of the famous Roman 'Porta Nigra' and in the main square in Maastricht in Holland.
On returning to their hotel, the band did one final 'flash mob' in the hotel garden which impressed the hotel manager so much that the band was rewarded with a round of free drinks.

Highlight
When asked what the highlight of the tour was, a Band spokesperson added: "I couldn't possibly single one out, there were so many!' That's the sign of a good tour, we say!"
