Composer Mike Kilmartin certainly enjoyed himself at the recent National Finals in Cheltenham — although his favourite performance came from a band that wasn't competing!

Mike managed to catch up with the girls (and blokes) from Boobs & Brass after they had performed on the Saturday under the baton of Stan Lippeatt, to present the band with two signed copies of 'Don't Stop Believin'' which had been donated to support the charity by Bert Van Thienen the owner of BVT Music.

It was a great weekend of music making from all the competing bands, but I have to say the highlight was hearing Boobs & Brass in actionMike Kilmartin
