The second leg of the 2015 Welsh League Championships will take place in Burry Port next month.

TROPHIES

The second leg of the 2015 Welsh League Championship season will take place in Burry Port on Saturday 3rd October.

National finalists

Hosted by the Burry Port Band and the West Wales Brass Band Association at the town's Memorial Hall, the event has attracted a highly competitive field of contenders in each of the sections, including bands that will have just performed at the National Finals in Cheltenham and one (Tongwynlais) who will heading to the Royal Albert Hall the following weekend.

The combined Third & Fourth Section will start promptly at 9.30am followed by Second, Youth, First and Championship Sections. The organisers are also particularly pleased with the turn-out of seven youth bands.

The pre-draw and timings will be circulated all competing bands in the coming days. Adjudicators for the day will be Steve Sykes and Dean Wright.
