With just five weeks to go, the organisers of the British Open Championship have told 4BR that there is now a limited supply of seats available for the contest which takes place on Saturday 5th September at Symphony Hall, Birmingham.

Swan Lake

The 163rd event will see the world's finest bands compete for the famous Golden Shield trophy (above) on 'Reflections on Swan Lake' by Stephen Roberts.

4BR has been informed that only tickets in the Grand Tier remain, although these are also expected to be snapped up in advance of the contest itself.

The contest will commence at 10.30am with the draw at 9.00am.
