New duo at Skelmanthorpe

Two new players join the ranks of the Skelmanthorpe Band.

The Skelmanthorpe Band has announced the signings of Ian Woffinden on bass trombone and Sarah Neal on second baritone.

Ian is signed from Strata Brass, with Sarah Neal coming in after enjoying spells with South Milford and Yorkshire Imperial respectively.

Delighted

A spokesperson told 4BR: "We are delighted to sign Ian and Sarah, both who will add to the quality we already enjoy within the band.

We would like to place on record our thanks to Steve Godson who was our bass trombonist for a long spell but who has left due to family and work commitments."
