Loxley Silver Band is another candidate in General Election week looking for votes from the general public as they look to gain a community award of £1,000 from the Aviva Community Fund.

Musical provision

The band from Sheffield provides a musical provision for around 50 members involved in learning and making music, with around a third being children and young people aged 18 and under.

So if you can help to keep this valuable community service going, then why not give them a vote — it would be good practice for that other ballot box event later today.
