Ireland set for Raw talent of solo entrants

Ireland Colliery Chesterfield and the Raw Brewary will be holding its Solo, Duet & Quartet contest in June — so get your entries in.

Ireland Colliery Chesterfield Band in partnership with the Raw Brewery will be holding its 4th Annual Solo, Duet & Quartet Contest on Saturday 13th June.

The event takes place at Parkside Community School, Boythorpe Mount, Chesterfield S40 2NS, with 11 classes of competition.

Sections:

A: Junior Slow Melody — Under 10’s
B: Junior Slow Melody — 11-14 years
C: Junior Slow Melody — 15-18 years
D: Junior Air Varie — Under 18 years
E: Open Slow Melody
F: Open Air Varie
G: Junior Duets — Under 16 years
H: Open Duets
I: Junior Quartet & Hymn Tune — 14 years and under
J: Junior Quartet — 18 years and under
K: Open Quartet
