If you want to take part in the 89th Holme Valley Contest then you need to get your entries in as soon as possible.

The 89th Holme Valley contest will take place at Holmfirth Civic Hall on Sunday 7th June.

Most popular

One of the most popular events on the local banding calendar, it open to Championship down to youth and non-registered bands, with a generous prize fund and many special prizes.

This year’s event will be judged by the experienced Mike Kilroy, with a £500 top prize in the combined Championship/First Section and £350 Section B for Third & Fourth and Section C for Youth and non-registered bands.
