FH Lambert’s subsidiary arm, London Fohqudill Instruments is now able offer not just an expanding range of high quality instruments, but an unrivalled repairs and renovation service.

Market leading

Using their years of market leading experience in the aviation sector, London Fohqudill Instruments can now offer customers a superb ‘in house’ high quality metal polishing, lacquering and precious metal plating, as well as full renovation and repairs by some of the very best industry technicians and specialists in the world.

London Fohqudill Instruments now also offers a simple yearly service which includes:

Disassemble
Ultrasonic clean (2000ltr capacity)
De-bruising
Light polishing of coating
Assemble and replacement of consumables using OEM parts
Or you may wish to have your instrument completely renovated to superb showroom condition, including lacquering and hard silver plating:

Process

The instrument will be safely stripped of its coating, whether it be silver or lacquer, with no harm to the brass.

Any dents and imperfections removed

Polished to a mirror sheen or have a satin finish applied

Lacquered in our new water wash spray booth and then baked with bright hard silver plating applied (a new generation special plating process, used in the aviation industry has been selected to produce a much harder and scratch resistant finish)

A choice of finishes can also be made – from black nickel to 24ct gold

Assemble and replacement of consumables using OEM parts

Valve service

London Fohqudill Instruments now offer a valve service, which includes a state of the art building up of the valve and honing to stop leakage from the valve cluster.
