Centre Stage enjoys special Blackpool atmosphere

A great day of trading, music making and percussion prize winning for Centre Stage at Blackpool on the weekend.

Centre Stage

Centre Stage Uniforms and Percussion enjoyed a great trading day at the recent North West Regional Championship in Blackpool — almost as good as the various winners in each of the contesting sections.

Congratulations

Managing Director Martin Gernon told 4BR: “Our congratulations go to Faireys, Roberts Bakery, Tyldesley, Boarshurst and Formby on their winning performances — and also to the various ‘Best Percussion Section’ winners, who will now be able to get their hands on our brilliant range of instruments.”

Special atmosphere

Martin added: “The North West Area has a special atmosphere all of its own and it was great to see so many new and existing customers at our trade stand.

The event was superbly organised by Peter Bates and his excellent team, and the Area will be sending some excellent bands to the Finals at London and Cheltenham. All that and the day was rounded off by a great win by my old band at Fairey.”
