New public relations lead at ABBA

Sarah Groarke Booth is the new public relations officer at the Association of Brass Band Adjudicators.

The Association of Brass Band Adjudicators has announced that Sarah Groarke-Booth has accepted the post as their new Public Relations Officer.

Delighted

A spokesperson for ABBA told 4BR: “We are delighted to welcome Sarah (above) to this crucial role. Sarah has extensive multi-media experience and ABBA is keen to develop further our existing links with the banding press and other media outlets.

The appointment comes at an exciting time for the Association, with the launch of a new website imminent and the implementation of a number of new initiatives in the pipeline.”

Sarah is well known in the banding world, having conducted the Marple Band to the 2014 Second Section National title, and recently providing the valuable ABBA led analysis of the 2015 Fourth Section Area set-work, ‘An English Pastorale’.
