A new brass band aimed at providing a daytime musical activity has been set up in Devon.

Daytime band

East Devon Brass from near Sidmouth is being set up to be a daytime band providing an opportunity for those who would like a blow instead of being stuck at home with nothing to do except watch afternoon repeats on the television.

Appeal

Trevor Heynes told 4BR: “We want the band to appeal to retirees, self-employed and players who are unable to attend evening band rehearsals.”
