4BR has been informed that the closing date for entries for the 2015 Butlins Mineworkers Championship has officially passed.

However, contest controller Brian Eggleshaw has informed 4BR that he is still receiving enquiries from bands who believe they have not been sent official entry packs in the post.

Brian has therefore requested that any band that wishes to enquire about a possible entry to the event should contact him as soon as possible.

"I am still getting calls to say some bands haven’t received anything, so if in doubt get in touch and I can sort something out. This is the last time we can do this, so if you are not sure in any way — contact me."
