sshhMutes — the clue is in the name

If you want to make a big noise disappear then John Packer has the answer — the brilliant Bremner sshhMute...

mutes

The brilliantly designed Bremner sshhMute now has distribution in the UK through a growing network of stockists — including John Packer Ltd.

With testimonials from international soloists James Morrison, Mark Wilkinson, Carol Jarvis, Christian Lindberg, and many others, there are certainly plenty of big musical noises keeping very quiet with sshhMutes!

Why so good?

Why are they so good?

According to the makers it’s because they improve technique, make practicing a pleasure and cut sound to a whisper.

Designed by multi award winning cornet player Trevor Bremner, sshhMutes reflect the need for a mute with high performance as well as practice/technique benefits.

Better air supply

The sshhMute creates only a very small amount of back-pressure, which allows for better air supply, while still opening and developing the throat muscles.

The mute also remains in tune and faithfully accurate throughout the entire range. Made of lightweight ABS, it doesn’t upset the balance of your instrument and is almost indestructible.

They are also brilliant for those pre-performance warm ups.

Available for...

Available for cornet (& trumpet), piccolo trumpet, tenor horn, flugel horn, tenor and bass trombone.
