Footage from film taken during the First World War has been used to accompany ‘Flanders Field’, a new work by composer Dan Price, which was premiered recently by the 2nd Rossendale Scout Group Band.
First performance
The first live performance along with the film took place in May in Rawtenstall, and such has been the impression that it has made that it can now be shared free on You Tube, where it has been viewed over 1,700 times.
The band will be once again performing the work live on Radio Lancashire on Monday 4th August.
