The newly formed Southern Counties Youth Brass Band is starting to enrol its first members.

Recruit

Players aged between 12 and 18 of all brass band instruments and percussion are welcome to apply to join the band which will have a number of dedicated rehearsals throughout the year working towards a public performance and a Residential Course in 2015.

The band's first rehearsal will be held at The Hawth in Crawley, starting Sunday 14th September, with the third monthly rehearsal in November led by Black Dyke’s Director of Music, Professor Nicholas Childs.

Band members will also be able to enjoy the opportunity to attend the Black Dyke concert at The Hawth later the same day, free of charge.
