Signing

In addition, the band has also announced the signing of Sheena Whitehouse as assistant principal cornet.

Pete Cookson added: "Sheena brings a wealth of experience having been the principal cornet player of Hoover Bolton and Smithills School Band.

We would like to publicly thank 'The Vernon' for their continued support.

They are 100% behind the continued success of the band. As for Sheena joining, where do I start? What a wonderful player and wonderful person."
