Denton Brass has announced the departure of Marcus Jones as Musical Director, due to work and family commitments.

Missed

Band Chairman Paul Keogh told 4BR: "Although Marcus had only been with the band a short time he made many friends and will be missed.

Marcus told the band that although he was unable to offer the band the commitment required to continue as MD he would always be available to help out when required. We wish Marcus all the best for his future."

The band is now looking to appoint a successor.
