Legend helps lunch and love...

The legend that is Richard Evans was the prize on offer for a prize winning St Valentine's lunch from Leyland Band....

lunch with a legend

The winners of Leyland Band's ‘Lunch with a legend’ competition recently took up their prize over the St. Valentine's weekend.

Weekend stay

Andrew and Denise Roberts, whose two sons play with Jackfield Elcock Reisen Band in Telford, enjoyed a lovely weekend's stay at the local 4-star ‘Best Western’ hotel, aided by chauffeur driven transport to the Whittle's Farm restaurant, in nearby Tarleton, to meet up with the legend that is Richard Evans.

The couple said that they thoroughly enjoyed meeting with Richard and sharing his many anecdotes while enjoying a first class meal in between the laughter!4BR

Laughter

The couple said that they thoroughly enjoyed meeting with Richard and sharing his many anecdotes while enjoying a first class meal in between the laughter!

The stay was rounded off by a trip to Leyland Band’s annual ‘Romance in Brass’ Valentine's special concert at the Chorley Town Hall.
