Kippax wants to reunite

If you've played with the Kippax Band then they want you to help them celebrate their two hundredth anniversary this year.

The Kippax Band is celebrating its two hundreth year in 2014 and as part of the celebrations, the current members will welcome past players to encourage them to have a blow!

A Kippax spokesperson told 4BR: "The event is planned for Saturday 7th June at our own band club. All any former player has to do is complete the contact form on the band's website to enable us to plan for numbers.

We envisage starting at around 4.00pm with a brief rehearsal followed by a buffet with the concert and socialising due to start at 8.00pm."
