Cornerstone Brass has announced the arrival of four new players ahead of their challenge at the Yorkshire Regional Championships in Bradford in March.
Experience
The experienced Fran Noon joins on solo cornet from Unite the Union Band, whilst the talented Gemma Page joins on flugel horn.
Two in two out
Sadly the band will be without principal percussionist Christian Lewis and band stalwart Dennis Dring who is due to undergo shoulder surgery at St George’s Hall, although the band does welcome Greg Waters and James Booth, both students in Sheffield and members of the Sheffield University Brass Band who join on percussion and repiano cornet respectively.
