The Action Medical Research Youth Entertainment Championship of Great Britain has received an early 30th birthday present.

The Opera House stage at the Winter Gardens in Blackpool will be resplendent with new stand banners on Sunday 9th February which have been donated by Centre Stage and Fanfare North.

Delighted

Speaking on behalf of the Pennine Committee, which works tirelessly for the competition, Gary Walczak (above left) couldn't thank the sponsors enough when speaking with 4BR.

"We're indebted to Centre Stage and Fanfare North for their generosity.

We have been looking for a sponsor for a while to replace the original outdated stand covers and we are absolutely thrilled that they can be used for the first time next weekend on what will be a very special day for everybody involved."

Tickets

Gary also told 4BR that tickets are going well for the contest, which starts at 10.30am, with the doors opening at 9.00am.

The ticket prices are as follows: Adults £9:00, OAP, £7.00 Children £5:00, with a family ticket available @ £30 for 2 Adults and 2 Children, including a programme.
