Reg Vardy set for Symphony sounds as Geneva lead the way.

Geneva Instruments

Geneva Musical Instruments continue to lead the way in providing the very best bands in the world with their superb products, with the latest news that the Reg Vardy Band will now be playing on Geneva ‘Symphony’ instruments.

Full set

A full set of cornets have already been delivered with a set of tenor horns and baritones to add to the wonderful sounds of the euphoniums already in use by the band.

Every success

Geneva founder Tim Oldroyd told 4BR: "I’m pleased that the most consistently successful band in the North of England will use the Geneva brand.

I wish Reg Vardy Band every success in the future and look forward to hearing the band in winning action on our superb ‘Symphony’ instruments."

Tops

Reg Vardy Band Manager Graeme Tindall told 4BR: “We tried other brands, but when taking into account all the aspects of build quality, sound and intonation, and not forgetting lifetime guarantees, the Geneva ‘Symphony’ range came out tops.

We received a wonderful service from Geneva and their staff."

Perfect blend

He added: "Both our outstanding euphonium players, Paul Robinson and David Shawcross, already play the Geneva ‘Symphony’ euphonium, so these new instruments blended perfectly and have already given the band that unique traditional British Brass Band sound.

We will be using Geneva again in the near future for a set of basses to complete the full band set."
