Ghostbusters found at Old Hall

There was some really spooky going-ons at a recent Old Hall Brass Halloween rehearsal...

Old Hall Brass

Things were certainly were going bump in the night this Halloween at the Old Hall Brass Fancy Dress Fundraiser!

Macabre

An amazing line up of the spooky, macabre, other worldly and downright frightening joined in the tremendous fun — with even a Ghost Face from Scream banging on the timps!!

The band opened their doors to their local community with the special Halloween rehearsal theme.

Local residents were welcomed by skeletons and vampires whilst being treated to a sample of music that will be showcased in the band’s upcoming concert at St. Peters Church in Bryn on the 9th November.

Witch's fingers

Refreshments included witch's fingers, spider cup cakes and eye ball biscuits, whilst prizes of Halloween goody bags were given to the two best dressed players as judged by ‘Terrifying Lord Lucifer’ – a cleverly disguised MD John North!

I had so much fun tonight. I wish I could come to band dressed as Pikachu every week! The best bit was the zombie puss punch!Josie Lyon

Prize winner Josie Lyon told 4BR: "I had so much fun tonight. I wish I could come to band dressed as Pikachu every week! The best bit was the zombie puss punch!"

Assured

A band spokesperson added: "Old Hall Brass would like to thank everyone who attended and for all the donations to the much-needed uniform fund, although we can assure supporters that we won’t take to the contest stage dressed as spooks and ghouls for the Area contest next year!"
