Thanks
Brian told 4BR: "I wish to thank all Council members, past and present, all the West of England band secretaries and musical directors, the many traders who exhibit at the Championships, the band press, in fact, everyone who I have come into contact with over those 13 years."
When you go measuring a man's success, don't count money — count happiness. From both my wonderful wife Joyce and myself, thank youBrian Elliott
Wonderful experience
He added: "It made the most difficult, but interesting job in the band world such a wonderful experience, and one I thoroughly enjoyed. When you go measuring a man's success, don't count money — count happiness. From both my wonderful wife Joyce and myself, thank you."
