With a number of brass band courses taking place around the country at present, young players who want to find out a bit more at how their orchestral skills can be developed are not being left out either.

Two courses

Members of the English Brass Academy, led by well known trumpeter Paul Archibald are catering for brass and percussion students aged between 8 and 18 on two, week long courses in Hertfordshire and Shropshire in August.

They are aimed at talented, enthusiastic performers with tailored courses for the emerging enthusiast as well as the elite level players of Grade 8 and above.
