Bugle Silver Band has reinforced its partnership with one of its main sponsors, following the news of the opening of a new branch of Dignity Funerals at St Blazey in Cornwall.

New role

Tutti cornet player Jacky Smith is the funeral director of the new branch, and also takes on the new role after being promoted to the front row of the band herself.

Rising star

Promising young player Grace Thomas has also been promoted to repiano cornet – the latest in a growing production line of young playing talent that is now coming through the ranks of the band.
