Proxy voting

BBE has started that for the first time, proxy voting will be allowed.

A spokesperson told 4BR: "This meeting will allow proxy voting, either prior to the meeting in writing, or by nominated representatives attending the meeting with written confirmation from those they are to represent in the voting process."

They added: "We hope that as many members as possible will attend this meeting so that a true vote can be made and members are able to express their opinions."
