May 8th:
Sir Colin Davis only recorded once with a brass band and Black Dyke's solo euphonium on the day David Thornton, relives the experience with Frank Renton.

15th May:
Frank Renton plays some classic brass band sounds including the eagerly awaited 20th anniversary CD by Foden's solo cornet player Mark Wilkinson.

22nd May:
Frank Renton features the new CD by Norwegian trumpet star Tine Thing Helseth and welcomes brass band recording specialist Tim Mutum who brings along some favourite archive classics.

29th May:
Frank Renton plays some listeners requests and classic brass sounds

5th June:
Milestone is the new CD by Mark Wilkinson released to mark his 20 years as solo cornet with the Foden's Band and he joins Frank Renton to celebrate the anniversary

12th June:
Frank Renton with classic brass band sounds including the latest CD by the Black Dyke Band.

March 18 • Tintwistle Band are looking for a 2nd euphonium and 2nd baritone player to help complete the team.. We rehearse Monday and Thursday 8-10pm at our own bandroom on Old Road in Tintwistle, and perform a variety of concerts all year round.
