When Denham Hendon Band lost their rehearsal facilities in their home town two years ago they soon managed to find a new practice room in Cressex, High Wycombe, where they have since settled in very nicely.

However, occasionally the band name does cause confusion at engagements and concerts when members of the public they ask where they are from, so from the end of March they will now be known as Chiltern Hills Brass.

Chairman Gerry Whitlow told 4BR: "The band will continue to play at its regular annual engagements and also looks forward to finding new venues."
