With the Regional Championships just a few weeks away now – Ev-entz is reminding all percussion sections that they will need to be fully kitted out if they are to play their part in full in helping their bands reach Cheltenham and the Albert Hall later this year.

Championship Section: (Harmony Music)

4 Timpani & stool; Marimba/ xylophone; Concert Bass Drum; Glockenspiel; Tubular Bells; Tam Tam; Triangle; Snare Drum; Tambourine; Clash Cymbals; Suspended Cymbal

First Section: (Brass Triumphant)

4 Timpani & stool; Concert snare drum & stand; Suspended cymbal & stand; Glockenspiel & stand; Tam Tam & Beater; Tambourine; Concert Brass Drum & Beaters; Xylophone; 4 Tom Toms & stand; Triangle & stand; Wood block; additional kit (depending on players)

Second Section: (The Plantagenets)

Suspended cymbal; Snare Drum & stand; 3 Timpani & stool (top F, Bottom F); Triangle; Vibraphone (4 mallet chords); Brass Drum; additional kit (depending on players)

Third Section: (Hollywood)

4 Timpani & stool; Clash Cymbals & stand; Kit – bass drum, side drum, suspended cymbal, high hat, toms etc – plus brushes!; Glockenspiel & stand; Xylophone; Ref’s whistle; Cow Bell; Suspended Cymbal & stand; Triangle & stand; Tam Tam & stand & beater; Concert Bass Drum & beaters; Tambourine

Fourth Section: (Devon Fantasy)
