4BR has been informed that following discussions with their local council, West of England Championship Section contenders and 2012 London finalists Bournemouth Concert Brass has been able to rebrand itself with the town’s splendid Coat of Arms.
Real honour
A spokesperson told 4BR: "This is a real honour for the band to be trusted to carry the town’s coat of arms on its travels."
They added: "This is a major move for the band as it looks to raise its local profile in Dorset, increasing the number of local concerts it plays, engaging with local business for sponsorship and more importantly making room for concerts where profits can be directed towards local charities."
