The Shrewton Band has informed 4BR that highly respect principal cornet player Di Bartlett has resigned from the West of England band.

Her excellent sound has played a major part in our achievements and I would like to wish her every success in the future."

Experienced replacement

The vastly experienced Pete Bede will take over the end chair with immediate effect after fifteen years on both Bb and soprano cornet with the band.
