Foden’s is set to support a local ‘Concert Series’ initiative later this month when two of the band’s most distinguished performers take to the stage on Wednesday, 28th November in St. Mary’s Church Hall, in Sandbach.
Recital event
Starting at 7.00pm, principal cornet Mark Wilkinson and solo euphonium Glyn Williams will be the featured soloists in a recital event that has already generated a great deal of interest and critical acclaim.
Glyn told 4BR: "We are both delighted to be part of the Sandbach Concert Series, which has grown both in profile and prestige in recent years. To be invited to perform following the band’s historic ‘Double’, shows just how important Foden’s musical contribution is to the local community."
He added: "It also gives us both the opportunity to put something back into a series that actively promotes talented, young musicians."
