The Tullis Russell Mills Band organisation will be helping to raise awareness of mental health issues in Fife later this month, when all three of their bands take part in the National Mental Health Arts & Film Festival.
Innovative project
The innovative project will be based at their local Woodside Community Centre where the bands will showcase music written by Scotland based writers and arrangers.
Aim
The aim is to show the powerful connection that can be made through music – especially to those people who suffer with mental health issues — highlighting much more profoundly instinctive, deep seated memories and emotions.
