Playing career
Tim began his playing career with Burry Port Band and spent his formative years playing for Pembroke Borough Silver Band. On his return to Wales in 1990, Tim returned to Burry Port where he earned great respect as a fabulous and fearsome soprano cornet player.
He also joined the Music Service in Pembrokeshire and was re-united with Pembroke Borough Silver Band as their conductor, resulting in the band's most successful music-making period to date.
