Euro conductors sought

If you wish to compete for the European Conductors prize of 3,000 Euro in Oslo next year, you had better get your entry in.

Applications are now being sought for entries for the 6th European Conductors Competition, which will be held as part of the 2013 European Brass Band Championships in Oslo.

3,000 Euro prize

The competition will take place from 28th April to 2nd May, and will consist of two preliminary rounds, a semi-final and a final.

The final itself will take place at Oslo’s superb Konserthus, where the finalists will conduct one of Norway’s leading brass bands as they seek to claim the Euro 3,000 first prize.

Applicants

Applicants must have been born on or after January 1st, 1978, and is open to all European nationalities and residents. A full set of rules and an application form can be obtained by contacting:
