Adam Shilton, the former soldier whose work ‘Through the Pink Mist’ received its world premiere played by the Co-op Funeralcare North West Band at the recent centenary celebrations of Manchester Metropolitan University, has told 4BR of his delight at the performance.
Exciting project
4BR recently featured the news of the exciting project and following the premiere, Adam (above) told us: "It went brilliantly and was so well received by the audience, with a lot of people on their feet at the end of it.
I was really impressed with the band. The worked so hard and produced the quality when it was needed, doing themselves and me proud."

Wonderful
He added: "Without the support of my wife and children none of this would have been possible and I am eternally appreciative for their patience, particularly over the past year.
The whole project has been wonderful and I have relished the challenge and am really excited about the future."
