Recordings from two of the banding movement’s finest performers have been recognised for their excellence at the recent International Tuba Euphonium Conference in Linz.

‘Moto Perpetuo’ by David Childs and ‘Shine’ by Les Neish claimed Roger Bobo Awards for ‘Excellence in Recording’ at the prestigious conference in Austria.

‘Moto Perpetuo’ has already won numerous awards, including being named Solo CD of the Year in 2010 by 4barsrest, British Bandsman and Brass Band World Magazine, whilst Les Neish has already won a 4BR Solo CD of the Year Award with ‘Shine’ in 2009.
