If you happen to be offered a couple of nice, cheap as chips instruments in a pub car park in Yorkshire in the next few weeks then beware — they are most probably nicked.
Nicked
The instruments were stolen from a student's car and are a Besson Sovereign Cornet (gold with a rose gold bell) and a silver Getzen flugel horn with black plastic coatings on the trigger levers. The thief did not take the cases.
Know anything?
The instruments belong to a student of the University of Huddersfield who was hoping to go on the tour to Belgium next week.
If you anything let Dean Jones (2nd trombone at Carlton Main Frickley) know on: 07789755772 or 07505107861.
