Mnozil set for UK tour

The fantastic lads of Mnozil Brass are getting ready to make a short tour of the UK — and 4BR will be there to see them in action.

Mnozil Brass

4BR is set to meet up with the fantastic performers of Mnozil Brass when they make their latest highly anticipated return to the UK next week.

Brilliant

The brilliant group will be performing just two concerts this year in the UK – on Friday 22nd June at Queen Elizabeth Hall, Oldham and on Saturday 23rd at Morley Town Hall.

4BR’s Chris Thomas and Iwan Fox, as well as Goldy Solution’s Ian Clowes will be meeting up with the lads to undertake interviews and video filming on what promises to be yet another blockbusting visit.

Nobody like them

Chris Thomas has been a huge fan of the group and is certainly looking forward to spending some time talking to them about their unique programmes.

“It’s fair to say that there nobody quite like Mnozil anywhere in the musical world – they are truly unique. Getting the opportunity to meet up with them is a chance not to be missed, and I can only urge people to take the opportunity to see them in action for themselves – they are simply sensational."

Not to be missed

4BR Editor Iwan Fox added: "We are very grateful to Mnozil and the concert promoters for allowing us to meet up with them on the weekend. The two concerts are not to be missed and I hope we can add something extra for their thousands of fans to enjoy through 4BR."

Mnozil are great fans of the British brass band tradition and have specially requested that Diggle Band under conductor James Shepherd open their concerts on this latest trip.
