Lippeatt gains positive feedback on trainee roles

ABBA Chairman reports that there has been a positive feedback on routes into adjudication.

Looking into the score

ABBA Chairman Stan Lippeatt has told 4BR that he has received 'positive feedback' following the publication of his recent article concerning routes into adjudication.

Positive

Stan told 4BR: "I'm pleased to report that I have already had positive feedback. The criteria for this system to operate was based on the goodwill and engagement of a trainee, adjudicator and contest organiser and everyone being flexible in this arrangement. On all three of these areas success has been achieved."

Contact

He added: "For example, I was contacted by Peter Gilby who informed me that the organisers of the Brass in Ripon Entertainment Contest would love to offer the opportunity for their event to be used for the above process.

The adjudicator at the event is Richard Evans who has also agreed to be involved in the project and the trainee taking up this development opportunity is Richard Jones of Brighouse & Rastrick."

Thanks

Stan concluded: "I would sincerely like to thank all parties involved, wish them a good day and look forward to the mentoring system growing, other opportunities arising and the on-going development of ABBA progressing."
