Smithills Schools Senior Band to perform at top American theme park on US tour.

A thrilling highlight has been added to the July tour of America by Smithills School Senior Brass Band.

Under the direction of MD Chris Wormald they will perform at Carowinds, one of America’s largest and most thrilling theme parks on the border of North and South Carolina.

Chris told 4BR: "We enjoyed visiting Carowinds on three previous occasions between 2000 and 2007 but so far have never performed there. It will be a great thrill to play to such massive crowds on our America tour in July."
