Rainford add to the ranks

New North West First Section champion adds a new player to the ranks.

The newly crowned North West Area First Section champion, Rainford has been celebrating their recent success.

Congratulations

Band Chairman Paul Rigby told 4BR: "The band has been overwhelmed with the amount of messages we have received congratulating us. It has been a truly splendid week!"

Flugel arrival

The band also announced the arrival of Lisa Thompson who is joining on flugel with both Haydock and Pemberton B Bands.

Commenting on Lisa's arrival MD Neil Samuel added: "I'm pleased to welcome Lisa to the band. She is an experienced player who I know will work hard with us as we strive to progress even further in the coming year."
