Highlights of Black Dyke's Olympic Portraits concert from RNCM Festival of Brass in January to be aired on BBC Radio 3.

BBC Radio 3 will broadcast highlight's of Black Dyke's RNCM Festival of Brass Concert next week.

Olympic Portraits

The concert that was truncated due to bad weather was entitled 'Olympic Portraits' and four pieces will be aired on 'Afternoon on 3' on Friday 2nd March from 2pm.

Judith Bingham's 'Four Minute Mile', Golland's 'Sounds', Howarth's arrangement of 'Pictures at an Exhibition' and Paul Lovatt-Cooper's 'Home of Legends' are to be featured.

The programme will be available via the bbciplayer for seven days after the initial broadcast.
