Following the successful production at Ackworth School last year, members of the Drighlington Band recently teamed up with the staff and students at Bingley Grammar School & Cohesion Arts Theatre for their productions of ‘Brassed Off!’ at the Schools Theatre Hall.

New players

A band spokesperson told 4BR: "Following two rehearsal nights, the performances went without a hitch and were well received by the audience on both nights.

As well as the cast of students performing the play, the band welcomed three of the schools music students into the band for both performances."
