Gala Concert set to showcase BiC performers

The first day of the Brass in Concert Championships is due to come to a rousing close this evening with a showcase concert of musical contrasts.

Sage
 

The first day of the hugely popular Brass in Concert Championship concludes this evening with a Gala Concert at The Sage featuring The International Staff Band of the Salvation Army and Brass Band of Central Florida.

Aperitif

The concert provides the knowledgeable local audience with the opportunity to listen to two of the leading exponents of their contrasting musical crafts, and a tasty aperitif to the contest battle that takes place on Sunday.

There are still a few tickets left, so if you are in the area why not get along and sample the unique atmosphere of the Brass in Concert weekend for yourself and enjoy two top bands on showcase form.

Workshops

4BR is already in Gateshead soaking up the great entertainment on offer from the youngsters taking part in the day long workshops as well as the afternoon concert provided by Rochdale Youth Band.
