Cory Band remains top of the World of Brass – 4barsrest.com Rankings following the Welsh Champion’s fifth triumph at the British Open in the past 12 years.
Carlton Main Frickley Colliery’s third place at Birmingham underlines the band’s recent run of good form and it is the band making the biggest impact on the latest rankings, rising five places to number eight.
Also making a considerable impact is the 2011 New Zealand Champion, Woolston Brass, which rises 29 places following its recent victory.
